Juan’s extensive real estate & business knowledge encompasses various regions of Texas, including Austin, Houston, College Station, and the Rio Grande Valley. He has a profound appreciation for his family’s military background, with several relatives having served in the Armed Forces, including a Great Uncle who was honored with the Purple Heart Award in World War II. Born and raised in Texas, Juan has a strong connection to San Antonio where he has resided for the past 11 years, and has deep roots throughout the state, having also lived in Houston, College Station, Austin, and the Rio Grande Valley.
Prior to joining PCSD, Juan came from the real estate industry, having over 25 years of experience in real estate, including as an agent and a licensed home builder for his own realtor and construction company, as well as a loan analyst at Lone Star National Bank and BBVA Compass Bank.
Juan is a proud Aggie & graduate of Texas A&M University, where he received his B.S. in Agriculture Development. He is also involved with the Texas A&M Hispanic Network & the San Antonio A&M Alumni Club, where he engages with fellow alumni to network & to assist in community matters. He regularly volunteers throughout the community with his fellow church family. He enjoys the outdoor life, fishing, hunting, bbq’ing, and playing golf!
