Eric Johnson is Senior Vice President of Capital Projects for The Wonderful Company and has served on the Board of PCSD since 2013. At The Wonderful Company, Eric is responsible for new facility construction, facility expansions and new equipment installation for the eight Business Units that make up The Wonderful Company. Eric has 34 years of experience with food plant operations, new plant construction and charter school development. He joined The Wonderful Company in 2007 as VP of Capital Projects and previously spent 15 years with the American Italian Pasta Company starting as a Maintenance Manager and finishing his time at AIPC as the Vice President of Engineering. At The Wonderful Company, Eric’s team of 45 engineers and project managers have constructed $2.5 billion of capital projects over the past twelve years. The capital project process includes feasibility studies, design, process engineering, equipment fabrication and procurement, building construction management and equipment installation. The Wonderful company owns and operates two charter schools in the central valley of California serving 2,300 students. Eric’s team managed the development and construction of a $46MM charter school in Lost Hills, CA and a $108MM charter school in Delano, CA. Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Kansas.
